ITSY BITSYS (12-18 months)

  • Children are accompanied in the gym by a parent (or other adult).  This class is a great way for your little one to enjoy their first experience in the gym.  Through the use of  gymnastic equipment your child will develop gross motor skills by crawling, climbing and walking in and out, over and under and around and through.  All activities will be under the direct supervision of our coaching staff.
  • Duration: 30 minutes


LITL' LEAPERS (Age 18-36 Months)

  • Children are accompanied in the gym by a parent (or other adult). This instructional program designed for fun, incorporates an introduction to gymnastic skills while enhancing their social skills. All activities will be under the direct supervision of our coaching staff.


GYM KRICKETS: (Age 2 & 3)

  • Children are in the gym without Mom or Dad and under the direct supervision of a coach. Children are not only enhancing their gross motor skills using various apparatus, they are also working on their listening skills and following direction. Prerequisites- Must have completed at least one session of Litl' Leapers or Tiny Tots, and must be toilet trained.


TINY TOTS: (Age 2 & 3)

  • A 55 minute class for children aged 2 & 3 accompanied by a parent (or other adult). This is an activity based program where children work on development of gross motor skills, using the various apparatus, under direction of the coaching staff. Children will be grouped to their ability level in Tiny Tots for beginners and Tiny Tots for more advanced children who have already completed a Session of Tiny Tots at HGA.


TUMBLE BUGS: (Age 4 & 5)

  • A 55 minute class designed to introduce basic gymnastic skills while developing balance, flexibility and coordination. Gymnasts will work on climbing apparatus, tumbling hill, spring floor, balance beam, low bars, trampoline, mini tramp and more. The emphasis is on fun, fitness and fundamentals. Gymnasts will receive a progress report at the end of each session and a certificate for each level attained.



MIGHTY MITES: (Girls Only, Age 6-8 years)

  • A 90 minute class for all levels using tumbling hill, floor, trampoline, Tumbltrak, beam, bars, and vaulting apparatus. Beginners will learn gymnastic basics, more experienced gymnasts will expand on skills already acquired and continue to learn new skills. The longer class allows for more practice time. Gymnasts will receive a progress report at the end of each session and a certificate for each level attained.

 


TWISTERS: (Girls only Age 9 & up)

  • A 90 minute class that allows novice and experienced gymnasts to learn new skills as well as practice skills already acquired. Gymnasts will work on floor, tumbling hill, balance beam, uneven bars, trampoline and vaulting apparatus. Focus will be on conditioning, strength and flexibility as gymnasts continue to work through a level system. Gymnasts will receive a progress report at the end of each session and a certificate for each level attained.


TUMBLING & TRAMPOLINE 1: Girls (Age 9-12)

  • This 90 minute class is for gymnasts who wish to focus on learning the basics of gymnastics acrobatics using the tumbling hill, tumbling floor, Tumbltrak and trampoline. Tumbling skills will be taught using drills and progressions. Strength and conditioning exercises will also be part of each class.


TUMBLING & TRAMPOLINE 2: Girls (Age 13 and up)

  • This 90 minute class is for gymnasts who wish to focus on learning the basics of gymnastic acrobatics using the tumbling hill, tumbling floor, Tumbltrak and trampoline. Tumbling skills will be taught using drills and progressions. Strength and conditioning exercises will also be part of each class.


KICKNASTICS ACRO KICKS: (Boys )

  • This program blends the basics of gymnastics tumbling with non contact martial arts leaps, spins, etc. This 90 minute class will focus on strength, flexibility, acrobatics and martial arts.


ADULT OPEN GYM: (Age 16 and up)

  • A 90 minute class supervised by our NCCP coaching staff for adults with a background in gymnastics, martial arts, or similar sports. Emphasis on conditioning, flexibility and practice of acquired skills. Gymnasts work independently, under supervision of a coach, on the areas they wish to.


REFUND POLICY

A $10.00 administration fee will be applied to all refunds. Refund requests for any reason are accepted prior to the start of the third class following the registration date. Refunds are for the balance of untaken classes only. Registration and Membership fees are not refundable. After the start of the third class, refunds for up to 50 percent will be given only with a medical certificate. Allow three weeks for processing all refund requests.
