Thanksgiving and Halloween:

There will be no classes for the Thanksgiving weekend.

The gym will be closed...
Saturday, October 8^th, Sunday, October 9^th  and Monday, October 10^th

There will also be no classes on Halloween.

The gym will be closed...
Monday, October 31^st

Fundraising:

Chocolicious Orders

Just in time for Christmas. Order your Lamontagne “Collection” or “CHOCOoooo” gift packages before October 28^th and you will have awesome gifts for the holidays.  Get your holiday shopping done early and support your gym at the same time! This fundraiser lasts only 5 weeks so get your orders in quickly!

Our Goal:

To purchase some new equipment for the gym. The new set of kinder-bars in the gym are a result of our last fundraiser as well as the new vaulting mats that should be arriving soon!

Bodysuit Sale:

Thanks to “One by One” for selling their lovely bodysuits here. The sale was a great success with some of the proceeds coming back to the gym.

Remember “One by One” will be back

Wednesday December 14th, Saturday December 17^th, and Sunday December 18^th. 
Just in time for Christmas!

We will also have an extra treat on those days as we will have some demonstrations bysome of our competitive gymnasts!

Contest - Win a Body Suit

Keep your eyes peeled for our bodysuit raffle in the lobby.  We only have the one suit, but if you think it will fit you, or a gymnast you know, fill out a ballot in the lobby to win the suit.

Halloween Costume Contest:

Hey kids, since you can’t wear your costume to gym doesn’t mean we can’t have a costume contest. 

Simply take a picture of your self all dressed up on Halloween, put your name and age and phone number on the back.

Pictures will be hung up in the hall the week after Halloween and prizes will be handed out to the winners! More details to follow.

Hamilton Gymnastic Academy 30th Anniversary Reunion:

Calling all past and present gymnasts. We will be having an open house reunion party here at the gym

Sunday November 13^th at 2:00pm.

It will be a great get together to celebrate 30 years of the Hamilton Gymnastic Academy.  Check out our Facebook page to let us know if you plan to attend. More info to follow.  

 

Coaches Corner:

Coach of the Month

Congratulations to Kayla Parkinson this months Coach of the Month. This is Kayla’s first year as acoach with her own groups.  Kayla has been a Coach in Training and a recreational gymnast here for the past four years.  Kayla has learned so much in such a short time! She is awesome with kids especially our students with special needs.  Kayla makes coming to gymnastics fun and her groups just adore her. Way to go Kayla!

C.I.T. of the Month

Congratulations to Christopher Burley this months Coach in Training of the month.  Christopher has already stood out amoung our CIT’s as being the only male CIT on staff, but he stands out in so many other ways.  Christopher works through his breaks, he is beyond enthusiastic, and he is mature and responsible beyond his years.  Chris has been a gymnast here for several years in our recreational and Kicknastics programs. Way to go Chris.
